International Expert in Governance of Public Data & Inclusive Data Practices | Co-Founder | Director | Board Member

  • I am an international expert in the governance of public data and inclusive data practices, with over 15 years of global experience. My work sits at the intersection of data, policy, and inclusion, focusing on how data is governed, produced, and used in public decision-making. This includes areas such as AI governance, public sector data reforms, and community-driven data initiatives.

Over the past decade, my work has evolved alongside the global data agenda itself. I have led and co-designed international initiatives such as the Global Data Barometer, which measures how countries govern and share data for the public good, and Data Against Feminicide, a collaborative initiative supporting a transnational community of practice developing data infrastructures to document and challenge gender-based violence.

I collaborate with civil society organizations, international institutions, researchers, and public officials to strengthen data ecosystems, build meaningful capacities, and co-create evidence that supports accountability, care, and structural change. Since 2023, I have worked independently with organizations around the world.
